Sometimes kitties are not able to complete a bath or cut, whether they are too stressed or become aggressive toward staff. We will discontinue the service and call you. We will do our best to perform all requested services. As cat's behaviors are unpredictable in a new environment we cannot promise a complete job, it depends on the temperament of your cat. The appointment times are approximate, sometimes it may take shorter or longer than estimated, all kitties are different. We will do our best to dry the cat completely however we do not guarantee a completely dry cat returned back to the owner.
